In October 2022, Jono and Jess Ettema took the reins, continuing the legacy while evolving the store into a uniquely local, high-quality food destination – where the buzz hasn’t stopped since.
When the opportunity arose to become an independent grocery store, Jono and Jess Ettema knew it was the beginning of something exciting. Joining forces with Nadia Lim and Carlos Bagrie, they’ve created a truly unique and inspiring partnership — one rooted in a shared passion for quality, community, and real food.
