The Harvest Club

• You must be a minimum of 18 years old to register and join The Harvest Club.
• The program is designed for personal shoppers only and is not intended for business or wholesale use.

Conditions

• Only one registered membership is permitted per person.
• A membership or card is not transferable.
• Please keep your personal details current. If your information changes and is not updated, we may be unable to provide full benefits and may suspend or cancel your membership.
• To earn points, you must present your Harvest Club account or card before your transaction is finalised at the checkout. Points cannot be added retrospectively.
• The points earn rate, and any bonus offers are determined by McKibbon’s of Royalburn and may vary from time to time.
  Some exclusions apply, including gift cards, and other non-eligible items. Please check with our team for details.

• Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at McKibbon’s of Royalburn.
• Once you earn 500 points, you’ll automatically receive a $10 credit.
• Your $10 credit will be available on your account and can be used on your next eligible purchase.
• You have 30 days from the date the credit is issued to use it – after 30 days, any unused credit will expire.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or extended past the expiry date.
• Points and credits are not redeemable on, gift cards, or other excluded items.

You may cancel your Harvest Club membership at any time by contacting us directly.
McKibbon’s of Royalburn may, at its discretion, request the return of your card or deactivate your account. If a membership is cancelled, any unused points or benefits will be forfeited.

Please keep your card in a safe place. If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact us in-store or by email. Replacement cards may be issued at our discretion and may incur a small replacement fee.

• Decline to issue or renew memberships.
• Withdraw or cancel cards and entitlements on reasonable grounds.
• Terminate a member’s participation in The Harvest Club.
• Suspend or terminate the program entirely.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
By joining The Harvest Club, you consent to McKibbon’s of Royalburn:

• Using your details to operate and provide membership benefits, including communications, offers, and updates.
• Contacting you via email or text about promotions, events, and store news (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Using aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve our products and services.

McKibbon’s of Royalburn reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions, The Harvest Club, or any benefits at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be made available in-store or online.
