Tapas Lamb Kofta – Fround lean lamb with feta, toasted pinenuts & fresh mint, finished with fresh herb yoghurt. Gluten Free.
Teriyaki Glazed Salmon – Pieces of Akaroa salmon chargrilled in a rich house-made soy, garlic & ginger glaze. Gluten Free, Dairy Free.
Chicken Satay – Free Range Chicken tenderloin marinated in chilli & lime, baked and dressed with a crunchy Thai-style peanut, coriander & mint sauce. Gluten Free, Dairy Free.
Prawn Cutlets – 3 prawn cutlets in a red Thai & lime marinade, grilled & finished with lemon & parsley gremolata. Gluten Free, Dairy Free.
